Responsibilities
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Gather local community information to answer client questions about potential homes
- Provide clients with exceptional service and advice to nurture relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to identify their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Supervise the closing process to ensure an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Technology driven
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Currently have or are studying for your Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate License
- Coachability
- Self-motivation and drive
- Availability for full-time team and individual agent roles, as well as part-time individual agent roles
