About the position

The Real Estate Sales Coach & Mentor position is a full-time role focused on developing and inspiring agents within a high-performing real estate team. The coach will provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and performance management to help agents achieve their sales goals and enhance their professional skills. This role emphasizes accountability, problem-solving, and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching on all aspects of real estate, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to address individual needs, set goals, and track progress.
  • Offer guidance and support on personal and professional development.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team culture.
  • Hold agents accountable for achieving sales goals and adhering to team standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Analyze deals and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving solutions.
  • Help agents overcome challenges and bounce back from setbacks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a successful real estate agent or sales manager.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate principles and practices.
  • Real estate license (preferred but not required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in management (1 year preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & Google Docs.
