About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Transactly, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients in the real estate sector. Your primary goal is to create and qualify opportunities by prospecting and engaging with leads, ultimately driving business growth through a strong sales pipeline. This role emphasizes building relationships and understanding client needs to facilitate partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and identify new leads through cold calls and emails targeting mortgage companies, title companies, property managers, and brokerages.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify them for partnerships.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or presentations with qualified leads to discuss collaboration opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and support follow-up efforts.
  • Navigate gatekeepers effectively to secure meetings and foster relationships with key players.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, focusing on progress toward building a robust referral network.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable engaging potential clients over the phone and building relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Tech-savvy with a quick adaptability to new tools and processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
