About the position

The Real Estate Sales Manager at Strata Group is responsible for leading and enhancing the performance of the sales team. This role focuses on coaching, training, and providing support to sales agents to help them achieve their sales goals. The manager will implement training programs, conduct market research, and develop sales strategies to increase the number of deals closed by the team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement training programs for sales agents.
  • Hold regular skills training sessions for agents.
  • Provide creative ideas for marketing purposes.

  • Assist in preparing budgets for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.

Requirements
