About the position

The Keller Williams Real Estate Agent is a dynamic role focused on client engagement and real estate transactions. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting for leads, providing expert advice on pricing and staging, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. Agents are expected to maintain a positive attitude while navigating challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for seller/buyer leads and convert leads to appointments.
  • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale.
  • Market homes effectively to attract buyers and sellers.
  • Identify and contact for sale by owners and expired listings to obtain appointments.
  • Evaluate showing feedback and adjust pricing as necessary.
  • Negotiate offers and oversee the transaction process from contract to close.
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service throughout the real estate transaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Real Estate License (Preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales (not mandatory).
  • Under 1 year of experience in real estate.
