The Real Estate Search Specialist is responsible for ordering, examining, and abstracting final real estate reports for customers. This role involves utilizing online resources to conduct property research and ensure the accuracy of data for final reports, all while working under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes online resources to determine initial ownership and full property address.
- Retrieves tax assessor records from jurisdictional offices.
- Performs side-by-side comparisons between online results and correspondent results.
- Communicates with internal clients and external correspondents to place search requests and request status of real estate reports.
- Collaborates with interested parties to resolve problems and convey necessary information.
- Examines, identifies, and resolves deficiencies and anomalies in prepared reports.
- Abstracts data into final reports based on individual client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.
