Responsibilities

• Attending home inspections and walkthroughs.
• Participating in team meetings, outings, and events as needed.
• Conducting regular pipeline meetings and providing buyer status updates to team leads.
• Coordinating incoming leads via phone and email.
• Organizing and updating contact information in the CRM.

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in Florida (or willingness to obtain one within the first 30 days).
• Previous experience in real estate or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
