About the position

The Real Estate Showing Assistant will work closely with the CEO/Founder of the 12:45 Team at Keller Williams Realty to help achieve the mission of creating opportunities and financial success through real estate. This role is designed for a team-oriented individual who is passionate about serving others and is eager to grow within a high-energy, productivity-driven real estate sales team. The assistant will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property showings, utilizing MLS systems, and ensuring excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct property showings for clients.
  • Create showing sheets and utilize Bright MLS for listings.
  • Maintain knowledge of area trends and best practices in real estate.
  • Provide excellent customer service and make personal connections with clients.
  • Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication.
  • Work under the direction of the Lead Agent and support team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Valid Real Estate License in Virginia or Maryland is required.
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Expert level communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to showings.

  • Experience with Bright MLS and real estate showing processes.
  • Ability to remember names, faces, and personal details to enhance client relationships.
