About the position

The Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist at United Real Estate Gallery is responsible for recruiting new agents to support the growth of the real estate business. This role involves identifying high-potential candidates, ensuring they align with the company's performance standards and culture, and managing the recruitment process from outreach to hiring. The specialist will play a key role in building a strong real estate team and enhancing the company's brand in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication.
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria.
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful.
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate fit.
  • Source and attract high-caliber real estate professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with company managers to understand staff needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  • Attend local real estate events and meetings to promote the real estate brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their applications.

Requirements

  • Familiar with online job posting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 4-year college degree required.
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales.
  • Great at time management and organization.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Recruiter or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and the ability to identify top-performing agents.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $50,000 yearly + bonuses
