About the position
The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee a team of real estate agents under the MiReloTeam umbrella, focusing on team leadership, training, and daily operations. This role involves facilitating property transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting team growth through recruitment and development.
Responsibilities
- Advising Team Members in the marketing and advertisement of properties to attract potential buyers/sellers
- Assist Team Members in the process of selling their home
- Advise Team Members on negotiating contracts and terms of sale
- Advise Team Members on how to conduct proper open houses and showings to potential buyers
- Handle real estate administrative tasks such as paperwork and documentation
- Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
- Communicate effectively with Team Members, clients, other agents, and industry professionals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiarity with property market trends and pricing strategies
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
