About the position

The Real Estate Transaction/Compliance Coordinator at ParaSell, Inc. is a full-time role focused on providing compliance services to commercial real estate brokerage firms. This position involves preparing and reviewing various real estate documents, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and facilitating communication between clients and the operations team. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare various real estate documents/agreements using pre-negotiated templates.
  • Review, prepare, and send documents for signature via DocuSign.
  • Prepare invoices by reviewing agreement terms and coordinating with clients and escrow.
  • Review signed documents/agreements to ensure compliance standards are met and coordinate corrections with clients.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by verifying licensing information and drafting necessary documents/agreements.
  • Review archived files at the conclusion of each deal to ensure compliance with company policy.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional word processing skills with advanced knowledge of formatting options.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable reading, drafting, and interpreting contracts.
  • Minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Real estate experience preferred but not required.
