About the position

The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at VantagePoint Properties is responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. This part-time role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that timelines and compliance standards are met while providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all real estate transactions, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
• Prepare and review transaction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor transaction progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a comprehensive checklist for each transaction to track milestones.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and keeping all parties informed.
• Organize and store files electronically to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Real Estate License preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination, office administration, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency with real estate software, CRM systems, and transaction platforms (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
