Position Overview: Join our dynamic real estate team as a Real Estate Assistant, where you'll manage the administrative aspects of transactions from contract to close. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient processing of purchases, whether representing the buyer or seller, while maintaining compliance and supporting all parties involved. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close. Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly. Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with scheduling related services, such as appraisals, title, and survey. Enter client information into the client database system and review documentation for file compliance, while keeping track of transaction activity. Process and complete transactions whether representing the Buyer or Seller Side. Ensure the completion of all disclosures, contract paperwork, and scheduling while coordinating the closing process. Maintain compliance with broker guidelines and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
