Galindo Media is looking for a skilled Real Estate Videographer/Editor to create high-quality video content that showcases real estate properties. This role involves filming, editing, and producing engaging videos for various platforms, with a focus on real estate home tours and community features. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and video production, and will work closely with clients and the marketing team to ensure the content aligns with branding goals.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties, including home tours and community features.
• Edit and produce polished, high-end videos for use on social media, websites, and other platforms.
• Work closely with real estate agents and clients to showcase properties in the best possible light.
• Add professional graphics, music, and transitions to create engaging and visually stunning content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with branding and marketing goals.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new editing platforms to continuously elevate video content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a portfolio showcasing real estate or similar content.
• Expertise in high-end video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of real estate video techniques, including shooting home tours and community features.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing, with the ability to create engaging narratives around real estate properties.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Experience using drones and other professional equipment for capturing real estate footage.
