About the position
The Real Estate Videographer - Editor will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and drone footage of properties, editing the footage, and creating marketing materials to effectively showcase the properties in the Seely Group's portfolio. This role emphasizes the importance of visual representation in real estate marketing, requiring the candidate to produce a minimum of 8 long videos and 35 short videos each month for various social media platforms. The position offers a creative environment where the videographer can focus on their craft while the company manages client communications and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week to meet client needs.
- Edit videos to ensure optimal lighting, contrast, and quality for showcasing homes.
- Assist in creating website and social media content to highlight the agency's professionalism and properties.
- Capture high-quality video of all properties for posting on social media and websites.
Requirements
- Proficient in video equipment usage, including lenses and lighting.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in real estate videography is preferred but training is available.
- Comfortable working with diverse individuals and responsive to feedback.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Previous experience in marketing or content creation.
