This role focuses on capturing high-quality visuals of residential and commercial properties to enhance real estate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, expertise in videography and photography, and the ability to deliver compelling content that aligns with branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties for marketing purposes.
• Edit photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and showcase property features accurately.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing team to ensure the content meets branding guidelines and targets the right audience.
• Manage equipment and ensure it is properly maintained and ready for use at all times.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually improve the quality of visual content produced.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency with drone operation for aerial shots.
• Skilled in using high-production equipment, including lighting and microphones.
• Expertise in video editing with Adobe Premiere or other platforms.
• Proficiency in Photoshop for photo editing and enhancements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and direct others during video shoots.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for coordinating video projects.
