About the position

The Real Estate Wholesaling Acquisition Manager is responsible for generating new leads and managing the acquisition process within a leading flipping real estate investment company based in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role involves cold calling, organizing home meetings for the sales team, and collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts. The position requires a proactive approach to managing leads and staying informed about market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective cold calling and outbound strategies to source new leads.
  • Convert leads into quick run-through home meetings for the sales team to present cash offers and close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance lead generation.
  • Manage, coach, and supervise the team of cold callers, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay current with market trends and execute various strategies to bring new leads.
  • Track and manage the acquisition pipeline, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or a related field is a big plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong team player mentality.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and self-generated lead generation activities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in seeking new opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and other relevant tools to keep everything organized.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation.
  • A real estate license is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
