About the position

The Realty Project Coach is a key role within the Realty Execution team, responsible for managing multiple store remodel projects. This position ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while supervising team members and handling escalations. The role requires frequent travel, with expectations of being away from home for extended periods to oversee project execution across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the progress of multiple store remodel projects.
• Oversee and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives.
• Communicate project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders.
• Direct associates and vendors on processes and procedures for project execution.
• Monitor sales and project budgets, assessing economic impacts of project decisions.
• Collaborate with facility management to establish phasing plans that minimize operational impact.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field AND 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in similar fields.
• 6 months of retail experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work overnight shifts.
