About the position

As a Realty Project Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves supervising team members, managing escalations, and collaborating with store associates to maintain project timelines. The position requires significant travel, with expectations of being away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members.
• Evaluate talent, train and mentor associates, and provide recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
