About the position

As a Realty Project Coach at Walmart, you will be responsible for overseeing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves supervising team members, managing escalations, and collaborating with store associates to maintain project timelines. The position requires frequent travel, with expectations of being away from home for extended periods to support various projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations during store remodels.
• Collaborate with store associates to ensure project timelines are met.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans and changes to stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members, including training and mentoring.
• Evaluate talent and identify career paths for associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
