About the position

As a Realty Services Undergraduate Intern at PNC, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. This internship program spans 10 weeks and is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of Realty Services. You will have the opportunity to rotate through one or two of the following areas: Corporate Workplace, Design and Construction, Energy and Innovation, Operations, Risk and Governance, and Transactions. Each area plays a crucial role in ensuring that PNC provides safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for its employees and customers while maintaining cost-effectiveness. In the Corporate Workplace group, you will engage in space utilization strategies that align with long-term objectives and tactical planning. The Design and Construction team will immerse you in the management of renovation and new construction projects, working alongside design professionals and contractors. The Energy and Innovation team focuses on sustainability and energy management, providing insights into the environmental impact of our operations. The Operations group offers a comprehensive view of property and project management services, while the Risk and Governance team emphasizes compliance and risk management processes. Lastly, the Transactions group will expose you to real estate transactions, including site selection and contract negotiation. Throughout your internship, you will apply your academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios, assisting with core activities that drive results. You will also have the chance to network with professionals, participate in mentoring opportunities, and engage in community outreach initiatives. Responsibilities

• Participate in the PNC summer internship program as an intern.
• Assist with core activities of the Realty Services group to drive business results.
• Engage in internal or external customer interactions and support internal projects.
• Network with business representatives and peers through social learning opportunities.
• Participate in mentoring and job shadowing activities.
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Actuarial Sciences.
• Sophomore or junior status in college.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy management.
