About the position

The Realty Services Undergraduate Intern at PNC is a part-time internship program designed for students to gain practical experience in various aspects of real estate services. This 10-week program allows interns to rotate through different areas of Realty Services, providing exposure to corporate workplace strategies, design and construction projects, energy management, operations, risk governance, and real estate transactions. Interns will work under supervision, applying their academic knowledge to support business results and participate in social learning opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.
• Assists in core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results.
• Engages in internal or external customer interaction and supports internal projects.
• Participates in social learning within the organization, including networking and mentoring.

Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Actuarial Sciences.
• Sophomore or junior status in college.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in real estate or related fields is a plus.
