As a Receiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and regulations. You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting vendor or internal shipments, identifying damaged or mislabeled products, and following established standard operating procedures to return them to vendors. Your organizational skills will be essential as you will need to organize products to designated places based on receiving procedures and input, update, and modify purchase orders, labeling, storage information, and product logging information through our internal inventory system and HACCP. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is paramount, and you will be expected to report potential risks to managers if needed. Additionally, you will coordinate with merchandising managers to monitor inventory deliveries and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect vendor or internal shipments to ensure products meet standards and regulations.
  • Identify damaged or mislabeled products, follow established standard operating procedures, and return them to vendors.
  • Organize products to designated places based on receiving procedures.
  • Input, update, and modify purchase orders, labeling, storage information, and product logging information through internal inventory system and HACCP.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, report potential risks to managers if needed.
  • Coordinate with merchandising managers to monitor inventory deliveries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receiver in a retail setting preferred.
  • Good computer skills, communication skills, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented, active listening and critical thinking personality.
  • Experience in using forklift and other processing equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift up to 25+ lbs objects.
  • Accommodate to flexible work schedule including weekends.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Electric pallet jack/forklift operation certification (Preferred)
