About the position

The Receiver at OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark plays a crucial role in the Accounting team by managing the receiving process for all incoming goods and products. This position ensures order accuracy and quality, maintains receiving records, and coordinates the delivery of supplies throughout the resort, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving process for all orders.
• Verify shipments and check for order accuracy and product/packaging quality.
• Maintain accurate receiving records in the resort's point of sale system.
• Ensure compliance with OKANA purchasing policies & procedures.
• Coordinate delivery of supplies to all departments throughout the resort.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing/receiving.
• Computer proficiency to manage the receiving process and utilize hotel computer systems.
• Organizational skills to manage storerooms and deliver supplies according to OKANA standards.
• Strong communication skills; read, write, and speak English fluently.
