Walts differentiates itself as a custom and specialty processor, with a focus on dairy cattle. The company's operating activities include sourcing, harvesting, and fabricating cattle, as well as the butchering of various cuts and trims that are then sold directly into grocery retail, ingredient, and quick service channels or to related co-manufacturing partners to these customers.
