About the position
The Customer Care Assistant at Pop Top Heaven, Inc. serves as the first point of contact for clients at a boutique-style Camper Van dealership. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day.
- Support administrative functions as needed, including clerical duties and data entry.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain clean customer areas.
Requirements

- Proficiency in typing and using various office software applications.
