About the position

Good Mojo Dog Manor is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist who loves dogs to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a family-owned pet care business that has been providing excellent care for dogs since 2009. The position includes on-the-job training and certification, with a focus on career development and cross-training in various areas of animal care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival.
• Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries about services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
• Process payments and manage cash register operations.
• Provide information about pet care services and products.

Requirements

• Must have a love for dogs and a passion for animal care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
