About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Saggio Accounting Plus. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (We use all Apple Products) with proficiency in software.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
