About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team, responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties. This role includes greeting guests, answering phones, managing company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail, contributing to a welcoming environment and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data entry tasks
  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Familiarity with filling paperwork
  • 1 year of experience with multi-line phone systems
