The Receptionist/Budtender position involves providing exceptional customer service in a cannabis retail environment. The role requires assisting customers with product selection, educating them about cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. This position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, primarily focusing on weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products
• Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with age verification and identification procedures
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing
• Conduct meticulous daily inventory counts

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Experience in electronics sales, technology sales, or wireless sales is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required
