The Receptionist at CenterWell Senior Primary Care plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and administrative support within the organization. Responsibilities
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls accurately.
- Greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and issue visitor passes.
- Maintain visitor logs and alert appropriate parties of visitor arrivals.
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding the organization's location, hours of operation, and contact information.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and organizing mail.
- Take and distribute accurate messages and maintain long-distance call logs.
Requirements
- Less than 2 years of technical experience in a similar role.
