About the position

The Receptionist 1 at CenterWell plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and administrative support within the organization. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, greeting visitors, and performing various clerical tasks to enhance the overall consumer experience. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under supervision while adhering to established policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Accommodate visitors and ensure they are attended to promptly and courteously.
  • Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs.
  • Take and distribute accurate messages.
  • Greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and issue visitor passes.
  • Maintain visitor logs and alert appropriate parties of visitor arrivals.
  • Respond to routine inquiries regarding the organization's location, hours of operation, and contact information.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms and organizing mail.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years of technical experience.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
