  • Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services.
  • Access and respond to e-mails.
  • Scan and maintain documents.
  • Perform electronic data entry and assist in the preparation of correspondence.
  • Maintain data and correspondence.
  • Prepare materials, agenda, notes, and handouts.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and software.
