Responsibilities

  • Receive visitors at the front desk, greet, welcome, direct, and announce them.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and sort daily mail.
  • Address and escalate customer complaints.
  • Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services.
  • Access and respond to e-mails.
  • Scan and maintain documents.
  • Perform electronic data entry, assist in the preparation of correspondence, and maintain data and correspondence.
  • Prepare materials, agenda, notes, and handouts.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of related experience.
