Estes & Gandhi, P.C. is a property tax consulting and law firm located in Dallas, TX, currently seeking a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk. This position plays a crucial role in the firm by managing front desk operations and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering and routing phone calls, attending to clients, and ensuring that all documents are properly filed. Additionally, the role involves scanning and printing documents, entering data into the system, conducting basic online research, and managing mail operations, including sorting and delivering mail and sending outgoing mail at the nearby post office. The candidate should also be able to handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs and perform any other duties as assigned by the firm. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a 1-hour lunch period and periodic breaks. The firm emphasizes the importance of being self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and responsible, especially when handling sensitive data. The Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm and ensuring that clients receive excellent service.

Requirements

  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute

  • Familiarity with working an office phone
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Preferred)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
