About the position

As a Receptionist/Executive Assistant for Anthony J. Erlain, Esq. & Associates, LLC, you will play a crucial role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This position serves as the first point of contact, where you will greet clients and manage front desk responsibilities. Your role will not only involve direct interaction with clients but also providing essential administrative support to the attorney, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails, assisting clients with inquiries, and providing basic information about the legal services offered by the firm. In addition to front desk duties, you will assist the attorney with various administrative tasks. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be expected to liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals on behalf of the attorney, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on pending tasks, deadlines, and case-related activities. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital in tracking and managing these responsibilities effectively, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office operations.

Responsibilities
