About the position

As the Receptionist for The Orchards at Four Mile, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents of our 664-unit apartment community. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional. You will assist in coordinating the leasing process, facilitating renewals, and maintaining strong resident relations. This role requires a proactive approach to handling inquiries, managing service requests, and providing concierge services to enhance the resident experience. In your daily activities, you will handle traffic in the leasing office, assist with move-in procedures, and coordinate resident activities. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts will be essential in creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Computer literacy in MS Word and email, with familiarity with the internet.
  • Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in property management or leasing.
  • Familiarity with apartment leasing processes and resident relations.
