We are seeking a highly reliable, friendly, and efficient front desk receptionist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our office, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing conference room schedules, maintaining a guest registry, controlling traffic for vendors and clients, issuing and tracking badges, and providing directions and facility information. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting printer issues, which requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. In addition to these core duties, we value multi-tasking abilities and encourage you to take on side projects. This may involve data entry, running reports, making coffee, and ensuring that there is always enough creamer available for our guests and staff.
