The receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and accounts, ensuring that updates are made promptly when payments are received. Building and maintaining trust with both new and existing patients is paramount, as is generating new patient leads through effective phone communication. The role also involves staying in contact with patients and updating the patient database to assist in lead generation. Additionally, the receptionist will be expected to maintain an organized workstation, update inventory, and kindly attend to the needs of patients and colleagues. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all patients.

Requirements

  • Bilingual
  • Customer service experience
  • Medical office experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work 36-40 hours per week
  • Available to work 8am-6pm
