• Maintaining cleanliness of the reception desk and waiting areas.
• Greeting visitors and scheduling appointments.
• Handling correspondence including text and email communications.
• Answering and routing phone calls.
• Performing phone triage using critical thinking.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a veterinary setting (2 years required).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Passion for animals.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
