In addition to front desk duties, the Receptionist/Office Admin will assist with various administrative tasks, including light filing, collecting credit card receipts, and managing expense reports. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating mailings, including overnight shipments and certified mail, and will assist office staff with memos, labels, and spreadsheets. Daily interaction with both office and field personnel is expected, making strong communication skills essential for this role. The Receptionist/Office Admin will also manage office supplies, ensuring that inventory is maintained and ordering supplies as needed. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for maintaining office equipment and providing assistance to others in using these tools. Responsibilities

  • Answer phones.
  • Light filing and assisting with various office duties.
  • Collect credit card receipts and expense reports.
  • Manage all office issues (e.g., plumbing, keys made, etc.).
  • Distribute mail and faxes.
  • Coordinate mailings including overnight shipments and certified mail.
  • Assist office staff with memos, labels, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years in a customer service or administrative support role.
  • Adequate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasked, self-motivated, and strongly collaborative.
  • Ability to lift 20lbs.
