Aaken Corporation is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in North Plains, OR. The Receptionist/Office Administrator will also be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, screening them, and routing them to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, the role includes ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory to ensure the office runs efficiently. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office (Preferred).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
  • Ability to relocate to North Plains, OR 97133 before starting work (Required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in QuickBooks.
