This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing guests, managing incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, and providing essential information as needed. You will also perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, and operating basic office equipment. Additionally, you will assist with daily invoice processing, accounts payables and receivables, and follow up with vendors and contractors regarding invoice status. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area is also a key part of this role. Regular and punctual attendance is required to ensure smooth operations.
