Witch Equipment Co. Inc. is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. With over 64 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and teamwork. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing guests, managing incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, and providing essential information as needed. You will also perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, and operating basic office equipment. Additionally, you will assist with daily invoice processing, accounts payables and receivables, and follow up with vendors and contractors regarding invoice status. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area is also a key part of this role. Regular and punctual attendance is required to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, direct, and announce customers and visitors appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone while providing basic information.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks, including data entry and word processing assignments.
  • Operate basic office equipment as needed.
  • Assist other departments as required.
  • Process daily invoices and manage accounts payables and receivables.
  • Follow up with vendors and contractors on invoice status.
  • Maintain refreshments in Parts and ensure the front desk and lobby are clean and free of clutter.
  • Exhibit strong moral and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn the company CRM.
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance is required.
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Nice-to-haves
