About the position

The Receptionist and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for maintaining customer data and providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients. This role involves managing desk operations, performing administrative tasks, and onboarding new customers into the database, all while ensuring a clean and organized reception area.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

  • Perform administrative tasks and onboarding of new customers to the database.
  • Provide bilingual support when necessary to assist diverse clientele.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reception and office/administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
