The Receptionist at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both callers and walk-in customers. This part-time position involves receiving incoming calls, determining the nature of the callers' business, and directing them to the appropriate destination. The Receptionist is responsible for answering basic inquiries, routing calls, taking messages, and providing essential information to all callers. Additionally, the role requires greeting walk-in customers and assessing the purpose of their visit, ensuring that each interaction is handled in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, in line with established store processes. In this position, the Receptionist will monitor and maintain adequate supplies of check and paper in the office, organize and manage the mailing system, and communicate messages to the relevant parties promptly. The role also includes assisting with clerical duties as requested, helping the Customer Relations Manager in resolving complaints, and managing all correspondence with customers. The Receptionist will enter Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) information into the computer and process this information according to the guidelines set by the CSI Relations Manager. Punctuality is essential, as the Receptionist is expected to report to work on time and follow the provided schedule, notifying the supervisor in case of any delays.
