About the position

Windsor Elk Grove Care and Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and friendly part-time Receptionist to join our team. This position is primarily focused on providing clerical support and ensuring that all guests and family members receive exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, and as such, it is crucial to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The role requires adherence to established procedures and compliance with HIPAA laws to protect the privacy of our residents and their families. In this role, the Receptionist will greet guests and family members as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to. The Receptionist will also be responsible for answering phone calls, using sound judgment to transfer calls or locate key staff and residents as needed. Administrative support will be a significant part of the job, including assisting with admissions and providing recruiting support as directed by the supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This part-time position is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays from 1 PM to 8 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage of $16. The Receptionist will play a vital role in the daily operations of the facility, contributing to a positive experience for all who enter our doors.
