About the position

Whispering Pines Assisted Living, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and energetic Receptionist/Staffing Assistant to join our team in Anoka, MN. This position is crucial for the smooth operation of our HR department and the Staffing Coordinator department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, ensuring that our locations are adequately staffed by filling open shifts, and participating in the on-call rotation. The role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other office personnel. As a Receptionist/Staffing Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them in a respectful and courteous manner and directing them to the appropriate personnel. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls with proper etiquette, assisting new hires with orientation paperwork, and performing various administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, and filing. The ability to prioritize tasks and organize work effectively is essential in this role. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, along with on-call responsibilities.
