Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors entering the community.
• Answer questions from visitors and residents.
• Ensure visitors sign guest sheets.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail.
• Perform basic office and clerical functions as needed.
• Maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with visitors and residents.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic office skills for clerical functions.
• Familiarity with emergency response protocols.

Nice-to-haves
