  • Oversee visitor sign-ins and assist user groups with access to church facilities, addressing immediate needs or questions.
  • Provide clerical support, such as preparing weekly bulletins, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate with staff and volunteers to address maintenance or property-related needs, ensuring smooth operations in church spaces.
  • Monitor and restock front desk and office supplies, keeping inventory organized and accessible.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and assist with day-to-day organizational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse community, including staff, volunteers, and user groups.
  • Comfortable using and troubleshooting basic office equipment.
