Receptionist

About the position

Great Clips relies on a team approach to ensure a great experience, beginning from the moment of check in to the salon until the customer has concluded their service. The actions below will ensure the customer will return to the salon again and again. Great Clips is hiring for a part time receptionist. The receptionist position requires availability to work weekends and some evening shifts until 7PM. It's the perfect position for high school or cosmetology student. Pay is $13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers, communicate with customers wait times.
• Help customers understand how our On-line Check in service works.
• Support stylists
• Light cleaning & sweeping duties.
• Process transactions and issue receipts.
• Manage the flow of customers between check in and the service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area.
• Manage answering phone.
• Inform customers about services.
• Update customer records with contact information.
• Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation.

• Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including peak times
• Dedication to great customer service
• Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
